Ricetta della paella valenciana

Due anni fa andai in vacanza in Spagna. Eravamo un gruppo di cinque amici. Visitare la Spagna era stato sempre il mio sogno, mi affascinava come cultura e mi piace molto la lingua. Devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero fantastica. Il clima festoso e confidenziale che c’è tra la gente è davvero meraviglioso. I nostri vicini di residence ci salutavano con un “Hola” anche senza averci mai visto prima se ci incontravamo passeggiando nello stesso cortile. La gente è davvero molto simpatica e alla mano, l’unica cosa che mi metteva disagio era non trovare il nostro caffè espresso. Ci accontentavamo del “cafè solo” che si avvicinava molto come concentrazione anche se come gusto devo dir la verità non mi ha mai soddisfatto.
A questo proposito, poichè in questi giorni una mia amica di università sta visitando proprio la Spagna, colta dalla nostalgia e malinconia di quei tempi, ho cercato qualcosa che potesse farmi sentire di nuovo in quel clima.
Così ho cercato la ricetta filmata della mitica Paella Valenciana. Lo dico con sincerità, buona è buona, ne ho mangiata proprio tanta in quei 15 giorni… ma non immaginavo che avesse una procedura così lunga per la preparazione.
In ogni caso io ve la propongo, chissà che qualcuno non voglia cimentarsi..
Fatemi sapere se la provate!
Al prossimo viaggio in Spagna che farete dovrete comunque provarla sul posto, è davvero buonissima (anche se non tutti i ristoranti la fanno nello stesso modo).

Si sa che si fa presto a giudicare, se poi lo si fa prima che l’atto venga compiuto ecco che l’equivoco viene fuori completamente. Quante volte vi avranno detto, i vostri genitori, che prima di parlare bisogna vedere tutto. Ma molte persone sono abituate a giudicare prima del tempo con il risultato di fare brutta figura…
Guardate questi disegni e ditemi cosa avreste fatto dopo aver visto il primo disegno? sicuramente avreste pensato “ecco un altro che pensa solo alle tette”.
